(1) The Government of Nepal or Provincial Government may establish laboratories, as required, to carry out test or examination relative to environment protection and pollution control or prescribe any laboratory recognized by the Government of Nepal to carry out test or examination relative to environment protection and pollution control.
(2) Provisions relating to the operation and management of the laboratory established pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
